The average turnaround time for the first review of your artwork is 3-6 weeks. This can sometimes taken longer depending on the overall complexity of your artwork. Quality takes time!
What photo formats can I supply?
We accept any digital photo type, but prefer .JPEG, .GIF, .TIFF or .BMP.
I want my artwork painted in a certain way or with a certain look and feel, can this be done?
Absolutely! Simply specify in the ‘special instructions’ area how you would like your photo to be painted.
Do I need a high resolution photo?
If you don’t have a high definition photo, don’t stress. Generally, as long as our artists can see your photo properly, they can paint it!
Can I combine multiple photos into one painting?
Of course! During the ordering process simply attach two photos and explain to us in your ‘special instructions’ section what you’d like us to do.
Is the ordering process secure?
PaintMyPicture.com processes all customer orders using a 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer. Payments are processed by eWay, ensuring 100% safe transmission of credit card details.
A flat fee of $19 is charged for all orders to all countries.
Do I pay for the artwork in full up front?
Absolutely not! We only take a 20% deposit up-front. The balance is only charged one you are 100% happy with the artwork we produce.
We can Gallery Wrap your artwork. This means artwork is stretched and then mounted on an inner frame.
