Free worldwide shipping
Shipping is free worldwide on every order — there’s no minimum and no surprise fees at checkout. If you choose Express delivery, that upgrade is shown and priced before you pay.
How long it takes
Because every painting is made by hand to order, your timeline has a few stages:
- Digital rendering within ~3 days. After you order, an artist prepares a digital rendering for your approval.
- Production: about 1–2 weeks. Once you approve the rendering, your piece is hand-painted on premium canvas.
- Shipping: about 5–7 days after your final approval, depending on your location.
That’s roughly 2–3 weeks start to finish for most orders. These are estimates and can vary with revisions, the painting process, carriers, and customs.
Packaging & tracking
Your painting ships ready to hang and is carefully packaged to arrive safely — framed pieces ship protected in sturdy boxes, and unframed canvases ship rolled in a protective tube. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking by email, and you can follow along any time on your order tracking page.
Customs & duties
For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged on delivery to your country are your responsibility unless we state otherwise. These are set by your local customs authority, not by PaintMyPicture.
Our guarantee & returns
- 100% money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy with your delivered painting, contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right or refund you.
- Unlimited free rendering revisions. Before we paint, you can request as many free changes to your digital rendering as you need — we only start painting once you’re happy.
- Full deposit refund before approval. Change your mind before approving your rendering and we’ll refund your $10 deposit in full — there’s no commitment until you approve.
- Love It or Don’t Pay. You don’t pay the balance until you approve your finished painting.
